Class Description:

Socks, socks, socks. Ohh, how I love to knit socks. Socks are my favorite knitting project to grab on the go because they are compact and easy to pick up and put down. Not only are knitted socks super comfy and warm goodness on your feet when it's a little chilly out, but they are also works of art on your feet.

In this class, you will learn the basics of knitting socks cuff-down; I will teach a traditional heel-flap and gusset heel construction with a bonus for those who would like to know my favorite short-row heel. In addition, you will learn to knit on tiny double-point needles (DPNs) and knit in the round. I will also introduce contrasting heels, cuffs, and toes for those who like to add more color to their socks. Finally, students will have the opportunity to try a couple of other sock-knitting tools.

Class Level:
